Issues with NetBeans Forums

Hello Admin,

I saw some issues with NetBeans Forums styling. The panel at the top having
various buttons and the panel at the bottom (having links to license,
sitemap, etc.) which are inter-connected as container of Forums, are not
in-sync.

Whenever I try to view any post on some forums (eg:
http://forums.netbeans.org/post-41152.html), I get the view (see attached
image) at the bottom the post.
